Initiated in the August of 2016, it is an informational hub that aims to deliver the best of knowledge in every possible area which can turn out to be your passion in life.
What do you dream about?
Is it to become a painter as big as Leonardo Da Vinci or even bigger? Or maybe it’s about becoming an established writer? What about becoming an industrialist? Or maybe you wanna become an actor?
Whatever it is that you are passionate about, our aim is to make sure that you never run out of useful info for it. So, if you wanna become a painter then Hobbiesphere is your go-to spot for finding the best info for becoming a skilled painter. Or if you wanna become a writer, then this is the place you are gonna find the best advice on becoming a great one!
We believe that each and every one of us is passionate about something. This is the thing that drives us the most satisfaction and happiness. It’s what that makes us feel alive!
The thing that you are passionate about is not something that feels a burden. And it’s definitely not like that hectic 9 to 5 job. It’s something that you are willing to do from your heart. Something that you love so much to do without which you would possibly die. It’s like a drug whose addiction is the most beneficial of all and whose high is more than all of the popular drugs.
As Simon Sinek says, the thing that you are passionate about is probably something that you will love to do for someone for free. So if you are passionate about writing, then you will probably write a whole novel for your audience without expecting anything in return. You do this because it makes you happy and getting a reward from it (monetary or any other) is just like icing on the cake (not the full cake).
Our belief is that at first, it’s just a casual hobby, then it turns to your passion, and at last, it becomes an addiction. And a good one at that, I might add.
Thus we want to create a place, a community, a home for all of the people who know what they are passionate about and want to make the best out of it. Hobbiesphere is thus created to make sure you sail a smooth journey by providing you knowledge of your field as and when needed.
You may encounter times when you aren’t able to find what you are looking for in this home of yours. Maybe it’s something that we don’t cover yet. But that should not stop you. If you believe in us and love what we do, then just send us a lil tip on the thing that you would like to get covered and you’ll see the magic for yourself.
The motto of Hobbiesphere is very plain and simple. We say:
Stop Searching, Start Sphering!
We want to take the guesswork out of the table and provide you the best knowledge possible. And to do that we are ready to take any step necessary. That is why we make sure that what we offer here is 100% accurate, useful, and unique. About The Owner
I am Harshit Jain, a 19-year-old boy (as of 2017), who had this vision which turned into what you are seeing right now! I live in Punjab, India and come from a middle-class Jain family.
I started my career as an internet marketer back in the year 2011 when I was just 13 years old. My motivation arose when I was introduced to the fact that you can run your own business from your home on the internet. I was introduced to this via a TV series referred to as The Gadget Guru. Being a kid with financial limitations with dreams and ambitions as high as the sky it was the biggest thing to me.
Soon, I started searching all over it on the web and I was stunned with the overwhelming information I found.
I spent the next 3 years studying everything I could find all by myself. My thing was to learn by doing and I was spending like 10-12 hours every day on the internet just learning. Anything new I came across, I applied in practicality. So you can probably imagine, that how many businesses I’ve tried to run but failed in. To give you an idea, I think it would be about 1,000 or something close to that. All of them weren’t complete failures though (some did work out like 1%!). You see this is what being passionate is like. Did all these heap loads of failures break me? Honestly, to some extent, yes they did, but never did I lost my hope and motivation. And I kept continuing my journey.
After these 3 years, I was in a stage to call myself an expert in this field merely because of the sheer knowledge I had gained. So those failures actually weren’t failures for me at all.
The next year (2015) I got a lot of work from clients all over the world. I worked as an internet marketing and SEO expert for them and most of my jobs were on the marketing side (getting more sales and similar stuff). But that was the year of my boards (the most crucial stage of my schooling) so I gave up on this work. I completed all the current contracts and stopped taking any new ones. But it wasn’t like I wasn’t doing anything at all. Apart from the 3-4 hours of regular studying I was still spending other 3-4 hours regularly experimenting new ideas.
But it wasn’t until after my boards were over and the most painful heartbreak I ever got, that my idea and vision of Hobbiesphere actually became practicality. At that moment I realized I had so much to add to this world and how meaningful this life is. All of this pain, motivation, hustle, experience, self-realization led to the birth of this wonderful place.
As of now, I am the best of myself I have ever been. I know much of who I am (in reality, not the fake personality) and I know exactly what I am doing and what I want to do. Life has taught me much and I am sure there’s a lot more to learn and that’s why there’s nothing that can stop me.
Apart from all of this, here are the things that I am in love with:
- Working Out/Gyming.
- Hanging out with my best buddy whenever I get the time.
- And dogs!! (How can I forget these adorable poochies!).
I know what you all might be thinking. I love working out but still, I am skinny (Hehe). I know that and I am kinda working on it (the above pic is around 4-5 months old). I’ve gained much weight though. I began at 44 kilos and now am close to 60 kilos. And that’s all natural too. Yeah, that’s right – No Supplement & No Juicing. Just diet (vegetarian) and hardcore workout. Although I do plan to supplement with Creatine in the upcoming months. But that’s just a thought you know. Here are a few gym pics of mine (current state) for all of those who would like to see em – Front & Back.
Anyways, keep connecting guys and stay tuned to Hobbiesphere and My Story because both of them are going places (LOL!). Love you all and let’s make this vision come true, together 🙂
